How to pull out a tooth with a rocket...
A friend of mine sent this link to me and I thought it was absolutely hilarious. Of course, some people may not think it's funny, but it was a completely harmless stunt. Wish I had thought of it! Enjoy!

Summertime!!
"Two bare feet on the dashboard... young love in old Ford... cheap shades and a tatto and a YOHOO..bottle rollin' on the floorboard" Nothin' like a little Kenny Chesney to get the summer going! I know summer hasn't officially started yet, but since tomorrow is the last day of school, let's say it has! Our office gets CRAZY busy in the summer with all the kids out of school. But honestly, it's the best time of the year. Everybody seems happy, even though it'll be hot as the dickens. It's a great time to come in for an exam for your child or yourself. We extend our office hours to be able to accommodate everyone who wants to come in before school starts back. So call the office (864.579.7700) or e-mail us (info@drnease.com) to set up your appointment to get checked out for the Damon System (braces) or Invisalign. We'll look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Masters Reflections/ Braves/ Invisalign
So much for that prediction!! Tiger played well on Sunday, but had dug himself too big of a hole to climb out of on the last day of a major. Congrats to Angel Cabrera on his 2nd major championship in under 2 years (2007 US Open). Guess he'll need to start being a part of the conversation when we make predictions for majors now.
Glad to see the Atlanta Braves are off to a hot start. Granted, the last three wins were against the lowly Expos, er..., I mean Nationals, but wins are wins. I'm looking forward to their mid-week 3 game set against the Marlins. Should be fun!
Just finished working on some Invisalign cases online. It's amazing what those clear trays can do. We've come a long way with our techniques over the past 10 years, enough to make Invisalign a viable treatment alternative for many patients. If you're an adult (or Teen) and have never considered orthodontics because you don't want to wear braces, contact us and let us show you what Invisalign can do for you. 'Til next time.....

Masters Predictions
The greatest 4 days in golf begins today! Should be fun to see if Tiger can do the same thing at Augusta that he did at Bay Hill a few week ago. What a treat to watch one of the greatest golfers of all-time. I'm just hoping to see one of our local boys do good this week. DJ Trahan and Lucas Glover both have the physical skills to compete, but have they developed the mental toughness necessary to finish the job on the world's biggest golf stage? We'll find out starting today! If you're in the office today and you don't see me for 5-10 minute stretches, I'll be in front of the TV marveling at golf skills I'll never have! LOL! Oh, and I'm really going out on a limb here: Tiger wins by three strokes. 'Til next time.......

A College Basketball Nostradamus???
Wow! What accuracy in my prognostications for last night's games. Let's hope that continues into Monday night's Title Game! As you might know, I'm a sports nut and a HUGE Atlanta Braves fan. I'm looking forward to seeing the new look Braves in the season opener tonight versus the defending World Champion Philadelphia Phillies. Going 4-14 against the Phillies again this year won't cut it for the Braves if they hope to make a playoff run. It's a tall order, but success against the Phillies will be key in staying in the playoff race. Well, it's back to the office tomorrow. Spring Break is over and time to start moving teeth again! Another update soon.

My Final Four Picks!
OK, it's March Madness, so time to make my Final Four predictions for the weekend. Granted, I have not done so well in my bracket prognostications this year, but this weekend will be different... I can feel it! In Saturday's first game, I look for Michigan State to upset UConn. The home court advantage for the Spartans will prove too much for the Huskies to overcome. Plus, MSU is on a roll and seems to have that 'look" right now. In the late game, look for North Carolina to continue their roll. Villanova is the trendy pick right now, but the 'Heels have too much firepower and depth for 'Nova to overcome. The Wildcats will NOT repeat their 1985 run to the title. On Monday night, look for a classic final with UNC taking a closer than expected 82-78 victory over the Spartans. Go Heels! (My 2nd Favorite basketball team behind the beloved VOLS!)
